FURNITURE DESIGN-NOVA DESK

For this project, I designed a custom office desk inspired by the interplay between organic forms and clean, precise lines found throughout architectural design. The concept centers around an L-shaped configuration that balances both functionality and aesthetics, offering an expansive and well-organized workspace. The design combines the natural warmth and rich grain of oak wood with the sleek transparency of tempered glass, creating a refined contrast between organic and industrial materials. This pairing reflects a thoughtful approach to material harmony — where the solidity and character of wood meets the lightness and modernity of glass — resulting in a piece that is as visually compelling as it is practical. 

Pour ce projet, j'ai conçu un bureau sur mesure inspiré par l'interaction entre les formes organiques et les lignes épurées et précises que l'on retrouve dans la discipline architecturale. Le concept repose sur une configuration en L qui allie fonctionnalité et esthétique, offrant un espace de travail généreux et bien organisé. Le design associe la chaleur naturelle et le grain généreux du bois de chêne à la transparence élégante du verre trempé, créant un contraste raffiné entre matériaux organiques et industriels. Cette combinaison reflète une approche réfléchie de l'harmonie des matières — où la solidité et le caractère du bois rencontrent la légèreté et la modernité du verre — donnant naissance à une pièce aussi visuellement captivante que fonctionnelle.
